Chinese manufactures the specs to keep it cheap and they built to that quality.

China also makes very high quality products when that is what market a business is targeting.

You cannot find better leather boots than Grant Stone without paying several hundred more. They beat the quality of many American made boots like Red Wing, Thorogood, Wolverine.
