They're cowardly people, the most vicious tribalists on Earth and the most willing to kill both themselves and everyone else as some sort of 'thousand year plan'.

The only reason they produce anything of value is because intelligent people show them every single baby-step necessary to complete the manufacture and then micro-manage them through the completion of each step.

The only thing the group-think of China has given us is the most mass-death in known human history.

In the unlikely event they ever grab the baton of leadership again, the most we can expect is a moment of confusion before someone else immediately takes the lead.

That's why a country of 250 million have dominated them in every facet of cultural progress - they don't just lack imagination, they religiously murder it in both themselves and anyone else over whom they can gain control.
