Robin did not look good with Sophie. Those teams had a few signature wins, but even with pretty good records, they underachieved their talent level, and consistently so. And several years they lost to inferior teams in the second round of the NCAA tournament . And never finished above 4th in the SEC.
If coaching is not important, why do a Robin’s teams consistently have very high numbers of turnovers. It’s not because she recruits players who are prone to turn the ball over a lot. It’s because she fails to coach them not to.
