aggressive forest management like clearing brush, fire lanes, more heavy duty equipment are needed.
Homeless camps are just a recipe for disaster, they need to be eliminated, not tolerated.
That area should have fire zones, just like flood zones near major rivers do.
instead, they ignored all of it.
and got the results expected billions lost, a high death toll, and utter devastation.
