You gave a lot of reasons why Sophie should come back and be our coach. Those are all nice but none has anything to do with if she can actually "coach".

All the posts here at TB make it sound like you are looking for a pr person for the WBB team. How about letting her be a HC at a lower level or an assistant before you give her our head coaching job.
