Paying Power job in a year or two.

Look at Odom. He just now signed a $6million contract with WVU. If he won enough he’d be making Drinks $9mill plus right now.

Instead he got fired, had to uproot his family and hustle in Ark as a DC (with a boss). He then got one of the few good G5 jobs at UNLV and struck gold at the QB position to land this WVU job after 5 years in the wilderness.

Stability matters. Instead he had to move 3x to get back to what is still a step back to where he was in his career/legacy in 2019.
