makes 5 mil per year on a 4 year contract with a guarenteed 25 mil buyout clause, what is his incentive to do well, get fired after 2, buyout is 15 mil, get another job for 4 mil per year with 25 guarenteed buy out, and on and on, so what if you only pull that gig 2 or 3 times, you are set for life.
