Long term effect of larger enrollments at other SEC schools?

Football is rapdily moving to a point where the amount of resources available to a program from all sources may well be the most significant factor in determining the program's won-lost record.
Larger enrollments means more alums, more students, more fans which translates to more revenue sources, i.e. more NIL money, more gifts to the program, more ticket purchases, etc.
If a program is not able to match the resources of other programs, it is at a disadvantage to those programs and its a disadvantage that can't be readily eliminated.
Bluntly, being in the bottom third or even bottom half of the SEC in resources available to the football program is not a desireable position if the goal of the program is to be competitive with the best in the SEC.
