hour days, 6 days a week. They have increased the number of Indian employees by about 36,000 in the past five years while decreasing American employees by a bit over 60,000. 2025 will be the 6th straight year of American layoffs, averaging about 1,000 a month.
The problem with Indians is the high turnover rate. There is zero institutional knowledge with them. They operate on step by step scripts produced by Americans, so executives see them as plug and play. But when they break **** in the middle of the night because of mistakes, they have zero ability to resolve the issue.
The end goal is to eliminate as many US workers as possible, stop gap with cheap Indians until automation and AI are fully built out, then the Indians will be gone too.
