they put out a top15 program yearly and people begn to whizz more money into nil and into the program

thing is, atm,tejas already have billionaires pouring money into their programs, they could just pay double the nil with an investment firm

remember investment firms are there to make money and drag out every cent they can, not to own things(long term).
