There is not a lot of discussion on Title IX, but this would certainly have to be revisited. I saw a breakdown by college sports and Women's basketball is the largest profitability loser of any program (across P4 programs). Not sure how these types of programs survive if you're making further investments into football/basketball or selling of your equity position.
