you can remove 2019 as a year. He then played 5 full seasons. Him playing in 2024 was only because 2020 did not count against his eligibility.

2019 - Redshirt year (whether you want to call it a medical redshirt or regular is irrelevant)
2020 - played a full season, no medical or regular RS available.
2021 - played a full season, no medical or regular RS available.
2022 - played a full season, no medical or regular RS available.
2023 - played a full season, no medical or regular RS available.
2024 - played a full season, no medical or regular RS available.

If 2020 had counted against his eligibility, he could not have played in 2024.
