claimed it to be that very weekend, and they not only didn't disclose it but ran with the poll, one could possibly argue fraud. I don't believe it is a strong case, but I understand the rationale behind it. It was, at absolute best, extremely careless and reckless of both the newspaper and pollster. It was clearly a faulty result as confirmed strongly just days later. It was also released early to dem operatives for some reason.
