We weren’t expected to win that game and lost to the number one seed national champion. I have always said Norm should have recruited better off of the previous season’s success, but I don’t even really blame his record or his seed in 1995 on him, because when you lose that many seniors you were going to take a step back.

1983 was a strike
1987 was a strike
1988 was a strike
1989 was a bummer but there were circumstances
1990 is the largest strike in MU history
1994 was a disappointment, but we can’t consider a failure
1999 was a strike
