The multi-Millionaires will have to do most of the funding because in the last 25 years all of the stadium upgrades have only produced more private boxes and luxury suites. The bench seats that a majority of the fans sit in has not had any real improvements made in years. The seats have no armrest so they can squeeze everyone in like sardines.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
