Actually that is not the purpose of DEI. We need a qualified work force and we are running out of white people. We need to transform others to be able to handle these positions and we can only do this by training those people. You start by getting their mind to accept training and education? Getting to that point is different for everyone. Minorities people have to see that there is an opportunity out there and they are not going to be looked over because of race or social standing. Over all it has been very good for our country. Have I experienced it? Yes. a male social Studies teacher competing against a female SS teacher for a position.
