except Oregon at this point. 2 wins over projected playoff teams + no losses.

Everyone else either has at least a loss or don't have a signature win.

Indiana over BYU despite a much weaker schedule shows how the committee feels about the SEC/B1G and everyone else.

Definitely seeing the impact of transfers and NIL already. Very few teams have quality depth anymore. Backups at blue bloods are leaving for a starting job and NIL elsewhere instead of waiting their turn to play.
