Sexual harrassment training always sounds weird to me.

Train - teach (a person or animal) a particular skill or type of behavior through practice and instruction over a period of time.

So shouldn't sexual harassment training teach you how to harass someone sexually?

My district does all of this type of training with videos they send us, with little tests we must pass at the end. My favorite is the 10 minute video on how not to slip and fall.
