classes. IMO all BS. What happened was Women, blacks wanted equal treatment. Then changed to wanting more and to change things. We had years of TV daytime talk shows all about women and toxic men, filled with female audiences. Many men were treated ruff and we were expected to take it. Women controlled things and were allowed to cry unfair. Lawsuits were 95% BS and because of potential $ were settled rather than fight them. We saw women have affairs then when things went bad cry and sue. In my day if men had disagreements there was strong words, then we settled things and had beers together. Where women were vindictive and held a grudge for every. HR was dominated by women. Natural emotional response for men was to raise voice and stand up for themselves. Which got one a trip to HR and have a woman tell them to control their emotions. Natural response for a woman was to cry. Instead of suck it up butter cup. They got oh you poor person and received hugs. Then men were indoctrinated. Just look at responses to this. I was twice held back from promotions because company needed minorities in management to keep from law suits. Which got us less experienced managers.
