I know multiple insurance agents that are in their 80s and still "working"

And by working, I mean coming into their office for about 4 hours a week to check in while other people actually run everything.

I always joke that I love going to insurance conferences because they make me feel young. I'm always one of the younger people in the room (and I'm in my mid 40s)
