Would be an interesting place to go to college

& downright dangerous for some. I’m glad I’ve never had an addictive personality but that place would be a disaster for those that do.

And who knows? I could easily see going down to play poker & getting sucked into it. Losing some cash only to lose more chasing it. I’ll play some local cash games periodically but that environment could lead to things getting out of hand fairly quickly.

I have friends that bet CFB each week…that’s another thing I could get burned on if I started. (Un)Fortunately, a guy I used to work with showed me what can happen when you have some losses & then spend far more trying to catch-up & get it back. Another guy told me “if you ever do have t, treat it the same way you do for entertainment…concerts, vacations, whatever you want to do…you budget for those things. Do the same thing with gambling: budget how much your ok paying for the experience (& never seeing again). Lose it? You were prepared to. Win? Start your bankroll & continue on with the same mentality.
