But that's great money there, plus Vegas is a connection town and being a winning coach at UNLV is an amazing way to make connections so he's getting fringe benefits everywhere.

Assuming he stays solid and they continue winning, he could probably write his own paycheck in the future, and Vegas has a magnetism when you live there.
