You're talking about providing no evidence, you really didn't either. Surprise.
Israel is threatening Iran. Nothing new there. And Iran is 7th in oil production in the world. 4 billion barrels a year. It's not the Saudis, Russia or US. Production ramps can cover the loss of their oil on the market and by the way, the countries that by Iranian oil aren't our buddies anyway so that would be their problem, not ours.
Israel won't dare mess with Iran's "oil infrastructure" but will probably bomb the **** out of their nuclear facilities.
Iran is a weakened country...more specifically their leadership is weakened. They just lost their President to a helicopter crash and much like the Chinese they are keenly aware that the populace is young and ready for change. As you mentioned, they are now selling oil (since Trump backed out of the nuke deal which allowed them to sell oil AND make nukes again - dumb). They've got a lot of time to make up for those lost revenues and they're not going to risk sanctions again.
Your argument about food prices depends on where you are. Most of the food Americans eat is grown in America and/or from places not in the Middle East. And sure it has to be shipped but food prices are not up over the last few years due to the Middle East.
