He also averaged 7 after he returned from his illness.
Had the team been any good and blown a few teams out he would have played more. The opposite is also true. Had they been worse and been blown out more he would have played more.
Unfortunately last season where almost every game was a close loss, so he didn’t get many low pressure situations to play. Illinois and Minnesota were 2 of those situations. He looked like he has a good future in those 2 games.
