committing a violation by paying him after he demanded more money (if you believe it happened that way). It's the direction things are going but technically the guy who is acting as Sluka's agent sounds shady as hell and UNLV is probably smart not to get any further in bed with this situation. At least they can say they're transparent and following the rules and things shouldn't jump up and bite them in the ass later when someone is ****ed off about something else. Particularly since technically they can't be dealing with the kid's agent (so the kid is dumb for having him as an agent to begin with)
