Germany, at the height of her powers, couldn't win against Russia.

Ukraine is a money laundering operation, one of the primary ways that our politicians enter their profession with either no wealth or moderate levels of wealth but exit with huge levels of wealth.

That's why they support the war - the United States of America itself has zero interest in Ukraine - as usual Trump is forwarding the only sane option in a world gone completely bananas.
