When you're really rich, dropping $2-5 million for NIL is nothing. It's like the rest of us ordering a pizza. It's an amount of money you don't even care about. There's probably 50 people like that in the state.

Those people don't see money like we do. They don't have to get equal value back on every dollar they spend. So your premise is just wrong. What it will change is these people are going to have a lot more clout in how things go. And to them that is power and power makes them feel good. So there is your "value" I guess.
