worth is to you if you were going to make the decision to pay them money for their name, image and likeness?
For some, it may be a lot. They may have a huge social media following and influence and could influence the publicity of your business and increase sales/revenue. For others, many people have probably never heard of them and it wouldn't do you any good.
For example. Do you know who Indiana's QB is this year? Do you know his name? Do you know what he looks like? Do you think he has the influence to persuade people to buy things? If so, how many?
He has 5,600 followers on Instagram. What is his image worth?
Does Livvy Dunne from LSU, who has 5.3m Instagram followers, have a bigger Name, Image and Likeness value/social media influence?
Would companies rather invest in endorsement deals/NIL deals with someone with 5m followers than 5k for a certain price point?
Or are people going to continue to throw money into "collectives" with the concept of "paying them to play" for their team cause they want to see them win.
