UNLV would knowingly put themselves in that position. That position being a promise made and not followed through on with NIL. They'd have to know it would crater their recruiting. Then again, it's the wild west out there. Never know what is true and what isn't. I'm certainly more inclined to believe the university, but will be interested to see if the real story ever comes out.
