NIL's are pure unfettered capitalism OUTSIDE of the job that athletes are actually being compensated for.
As long as they are going to class, playing and practicing, they are fulfilling the college and NCAA commitments.
Supreme Court already weighed in on this issue very clearly.
Now that being said, there can be binding contracts drawn up for this NIL stuff. Why isn't that happening everywhere?
