I feel like schools need to start getting sued for

Breach of contract for unpaid NIL. I thought these were contracts. Maybe they are but some guys take a verbal promise instead of signing an actual contract.

Seems like a few schools losing breach of contract lawsuits would put a quick end to fake NIL promises (and coaching careers).
