Big 10 schools to keep their payout about the same.

But the more schools you leave behind, the harder it is to claim all the big contracts.

To go from 48 to 40, you are eliminating:
Ark, UNC, Maryland, Miss St, Cal, Baylor, Kentucky, Purdue.
