revenues with everyone else.

A set maximum amount spent by each team might be workable if it wasn't for the court rulings on NIL. They should have been paying players long ago and that court case never would have been brought.

As it is, I don't think they can prohibit companies or individuals from paying players whatever the market will bear for use of their NIL.
