when time is probably the most valuable thing you have

I don't get people who list stuff for sale on FB Marketplace for $5 or $10. Are you really going to waste your time talking to people, coordinating a meet-up, etc for $5?

I pay someone to mow my lawn. Takes them 20-30 minutes with professional equipment. They make $40 which they think is a great deal, a $80/hr rate. For me, it saves me 90 minutes, so I also feel like I'm getting a great deal paying the equivalent of $27 per hour to get that crap job off my plate. My time is worth a lot more to me than $27 per hour. I'll make that trade all day long
