it differently that's fine. But I am not using the term improperly by modern definitions.
At this point, you simply are arguing semantics and not talking about the root cause of anything because as I said - Supply problems during covid did indeed have a profound impact on prices. That is absolutely true. The price increases we saw since that time (and I won't use the term inflation) are significantly impacted by supply chain issues.
Now I'm off to mow the lawn so if I don't reply, I'm not dodging you.
