4 - 4 team pods organized nto 2 divisions

the divisions would change every year and the pods would change every 3 years.

One crossover game to the other conference. This would insure those important real rivalry games are played every year

Change Championship Weekend to Matchup Weekend for a 9th conference game matching 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, etc with exceptions made to ensure no one replays someone they already played (except the 1v1 game)

(NOTE - TEAMS IN EACH POD BELOW IN THIS EXAMPLE ARE SHOWN ONLY FOR EXAMPLE)

Year 4 all the PODS get realigned based on the past 3 years records to insure balance.
