was somehow the most qualified to be Biden's VP? He even joined with Bernie Sanders to essentially determine his policy recommendations (Biden-Sanders Unity Taskforce)......but Biden also looked at him and said, "You know....thanks for helping me come up with my policies, but I'm going with the candidate that was the first to withdraw from the primaries because she had no redeeming qualities or skills, and was extremely unpopular"?
