Biden determined he would hire a Black Female, before looking at a full list of qualified people who fit his personal requirements.

Then he select Kamala from that list, which included no white males, black males, or Asian Americans, or Native Americans.

Question: Do you actually think Kamala Harris is a top ten candidate for POTUS, any more than, say, Trump is?
