It was great where there were tight formations with lots of oil/gas. Not really easy

Only case I ever tried in fed court was a fracking case where the drilling company screwed up the frack and sealed in the well. They sued my client for about $3M is fees/costs and I had to try the case in front of Judge Limbaugh (Rush's uncle) in fed ct in Stl.

Long story short I kept moving for a directed verdict which Limbaugh denied after each of he Pls witnesses. Finally the Pls closed their case and Limbaugh turned to me and said "Now do you have a Motion? " I said I move for a directed verdict and Limbaugh granted it
