clever and vicious politicians - they are a publicly visible mafia.

Road construction projects (like all government projects) are there to make politicians rich - if a road of any type gets built that's sheer dumb luck.

As for teachers - now that they're just a bunch of woke penis-choppers phuck'em - give'em all minimum wage with no benefits and call it good.
