Roe v. Wade. It was the right decision by the Supreme Court, but the dems rode it well. First by misstating the issue (the court did not outlaw abortion), and by giving angry dems a reason to get out the vote. Trump is now working to keep that from being a factor in the 2024 election by rightly stating is is a state issue. Some attack him for that.
