I think most agree with me that he actually had a rather successful presidency from a results standpoint. Were it not for COVID, he likely would have been reelected. He now was running against a rather terrible candidate in Joe Biden who is riding a wave of horrible policies leading to the lowest approval rating ever. And some of the key issues (immigration, foreign policy, and energy) are strengths of Trump's. He now gets to run against a person who could not get much above 1% in the 2020 primaries and who was being practically hidden by the Biden administration as she was such an emabrrassment.
