You can't fix this current problem without having to create some pain, unfortunately.

Think of it like getting fat on cake, yeah the cake is good and tastes great but you're about to explode in diabetes. Guess what, you're going to have to go through some **** to back off of it.

Without giving an entire economics class, it would have to be some kind of limitations to big business as far as outsourcing goes. Perhaps a mandate where you can't pay a foreign worker less than you are or would be paying a local one. Obviously prices will go up, but again.. We've been gorging on cake.
