with states local elections to allow non-citizens to vote. I assume they must be legal immigrants with work permits, or such, and have a vested interest in their communities.

I will agree that our election system sucks, but have no reason to suspect government has interest in truly fixing it. In this country, we can do so many things using technology that is accessible to all, so if they cannot figure out election stuff by now, it shows there is no true interest.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
