right there by the dog park/water tower? Yeah, Summit Homes. The new Middle School is already right behind that, built 2 years ago.

Kinda funny, that old farmhouse on that land was the historical Bailey farmhouse...that land hadn't sold for a long, long time because no one wanted to deal with the hassle of moving/preserving a historical home.

Summit Homes agreed to keep the home and renovate it, turning it into the neighborhood clubhouse or something of that sort. Then they bought the property and immediately just tore it down. Opps... too late for anyone to do anything about it now.
