and 10 minutes north up into the middle of Lees Summit

Its a solid location with a TON of new development coming to the 150 area over the next couple of years.

If you're a big-time high horser you could also look at the South Side of Lake Winnebego. Its also Cass County but those new homes start at like $750k (and thats not even on the water)
