huge developments along north side of 470 from View High to 291, Oldham development where the old auto auction was, 150 corridor will be developed now that they finally buried the landfill attempt, the land south of and maybe including Shamrock Hills, and I would expect most of the land south of 3rd between 291 and Pryor to continue getting built out with SFR....Lee's Summit East HS in Greenwood area to follow?
