Of course they didn’t. The Israelis did. It was a tragic mistake. They’d been told definitively we wouldn’t be there. Whoever told them that made a mistake, or else the Captain of the Liberty did. Both sides made mistakes. It happens in every war, unfortunately. It’s the fog of war.

But fools like you and 90 and pickle have to turn it into some kind of a government conspiracy, like everything else.
