I think there could be a case for jury nullification were

there forced laws so injurious to the conscience that it became necessary. This could be such a case. In reality, it is hard to fathom an issue such as this that is forced from more of a military style directive would to to a civilian jury. But in such a rare case, were this to play out, I could see why it would be a reasonable decision. But in the vast majority of the cases I believe it to be a bad decision.
