who travel to Kansas City offsets the businesses and "white flight" tax base they're siphoning away from KC?

If they steal the Chiefs from KC, that's yet another major resource that has moved from KC to Overland Park.

Overland Park would have an "entertainment district" of its own and would no longer need P&L or the crime-ridden Plaza.
